ECOTIC Envases promotes recycling at the 38th RC Polo International Immaculate Tournament

ECOTIC Envases took part this weekend in the 38th edition of the International Immaculate Tournament – Marga Monegal Trophy, organised by RC Polo, one of Europe’s most important grassroots sports events. The tournament brought together over 1,400 children aged 7 to 14, representing 21 national and international clubs.

To encourage sustainable habits among young participants, ECOTIC Envases installed an interactive recycling goal, designed to teach—through play and visual learning—how to properly dispose of aluminium cans in the correct container. The activity received an enthusiastic response from both teams and families, becoming one of the most visited attractions in the event’s leisure area.

This initiative is part of ECOTIC Envases’ commitment to environmental education and the promotion of good recycling practices across society.

The International Immaculate Tournament, which this year welcomed teams from England, France, Switzerland and Belgium, as well as clubs from across Spain and Catalonia, once again reaffirmed its status as a benchmark in youth field hockey. Alongside the competition, the event featured food trucks, commercial stalls, activities for families, the traditional team parade and awards ceremonies.

ECOTIC Envases extends its thanks to RC Polo for their invitation and commitment to sustainability, and to all the children, families and coaches who took part in our activity.
