On 29 December 2022, the new Royal Decree 1055/2022 on packaging and packaging waste went into effect, introducing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for industrial and commercial packaging.
Our challenge is to provide an efficient, collaborative framework for producers to comply with these legal responsibilities.
At the same time, we will continue fostering innovation and implementation of sustainable solutions in the packaging process, helping protect the environment and develop the circular economy in this sector.
Our purpose goes beyond compliance with the new regulation. The legal changes have motivated us to continue improving our current management system, moving towards an even more comprehensive, innovative, eco-friendly model.
