At facilities that welcome thousands of people every season, effective waste collection, separation and treatment systems are essential to reducing the environmental impact associated with their activity. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the first measures planned is the improvement of waste collection and separation systems. The project will also include specific training initiatives for Club staff, helping to integrate good environmental practices into the organisation\u2019s day-to-day operations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, awareness-raising activities will be developed for members and supporters, encouraging their participation and promoting small actions that can contribute to better waste management during events and matches held at the stadium.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this collaboration, ECOTIC continues to promote initiatives that support the circular economy and responsible waste management, working alongside RCD Espanyol de Barcelona as it moves progressively towards a zero-waste model and strengthens sustainability as a key pillar of its activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Together with Corporaci\u00f3n Everest and ECOTIC, the Club is launching a project to optimise waste management across its facilities and move towards a more efficient and sustainable model.
