\u00e9s el Reial Decret 1055\/2022?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e19a5c8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e19a5c8\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aquest decret introdueix a Espanya la Responsabilitat Ampliada del Productor (RAP) per a tots els envasos, abastant tant els industrials com els comercials.<\/p>\n<p>Per primer cop a Espanya, <strong>aquest decret estableix l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de la RAP per als envasos industrials i comercials.<\/strong> Aquesta nova mesura afecta totes les empreses que fan servir envasos i embalatges per transportar i comercialitzar els seus productes al mercat estatal.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f23cae e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6f23cae\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b84b0e adquirients intracomunit\u00e0ries tindran la responsabilitat d&#8217;organitzar i finan\u00e7ar tamb\u00e9 la gesti\u00f3 dels residus generats pels envasos industrials i comercials.<\/p><p>Aquest canvi representa una gran transformaci\u00f3, ja que fins ara eren els consumidors finals els qui assumien la responsabilitat de finan\u00e7ar i gestionar els residus dels envasos en qu\u00e8 rebien normativa?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72c9ef70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72c9ef70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El <strong>Reial decret 1055\/2022 d&#8217;envasos i residus d&#8217;envasos<\/strong> afecta principalment empreses i entitats que produeixen, utilitzen, gestionen o comercialitzen envasos i productes envasats a Espanya.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest decret estableix normatives i requisits relacionats amb la prevenci\u00f3, la reducci\u00f3, la reutilitzaci\u00f3 i el reciclatge d&#8217;envasos i residus d&#8217;envasos, aix\u00ed com la responsabilitat ampliada del productor (RAP) en la gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests residus.<\/p>\n<p>En termes m\u00e9s espec\u00edfics, el Reial decret afecta:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19e53162 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"19e53162\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Productors<\/strong>: Empreses que fabriquen o importen productes envasats i, per tant, s\u00f3n responsables de la gesti\u00f3 dels envasos i residus generats pels seus productes.<\/li><li><strong>Distribu\u00efdors<\/strong>: Aquelles que venen productes envasats i, per tant, estan involucrades a la cadena de producci\u00f3 i distribuci\u00f3 d&#8217;envasos.<\/li><li><strong>Gestors de residus<\/strong>: Empreses o entitats responsables de la recollida, transport, tractament i reciclatge dels residus d&#8217;envasos.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>A continuaci\u00f3 pots realitzar la inscripci\u00f3 al\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">registre de productors de producte<\/span>:<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65ad6a6 e-con-full elementor-hidden-mobile elementor-hidden-tablet e-flex e-con
